The rice that is jointly launched by Pinghu Sanfeng Fruit and Vegetable Cooperative and Jinsui Agricultural Park has recently won the silver and bronze prize for best quality and flavor in the 2016 Shanghai Ocean University cup national rice comprehensive planting competition.
In this year's forum on rice-field comprehensive breeding and breeding industry technical development and national rice breeding and ecological rice appraisal and agricultural products exhibition, sponsored by Shanghai Ocean University, participants from Zhejiang, Anhui, Sichuan, Guizhou, Liaoning, Hubei and Ningxia and other provinces of the 40 integrated rice planting enterprises, cooperatives and family farms have brought 48 ecological cultivation of rice farming concept and technology of various characteristics for appraisal and display.
According to the introduction, the activities are divided into three modules: first is comprehensive exchange of rice paddy forum and technological innovation competitions; second is rice-fish symbiotic quality rice and the appraisal of best quality and taste; third the exhibition of quality agricultural (fishery) products under the rice planting mode. The appraisal of rice farming and breeding mode and technology innovation are mainly conducted by experts and professors from the provincial the aquatic extension station, the provincial fisheries research institute or the provincial fishery department, the National Aquatic Extension Station, China Fisheries Research Institute. In the competition of the best rice quality and flavors, the organizing committee invited rice experts from the Ministry of Agriculture, Professor of sea food and the food inspection experts from Shanghai Entry-Exit Inspection Bureau.
